Instructions To Make Payments
  • Please log in to My Account @ www.domains.lk using the given BILLING Contact of the domain.
  • If there is no PROFORMA INVOICE (PI) for your domain, you may CREATE a new one from the DOMAINS section, select the domain, and press ‘Make Payments‘.
  • If you wish to EDIT / CANCEL any existing PROFORMA INVOICE (PI), you need to first CANCEL the existing one at ‘My Proforma Invoices‘ and create a new one.
  • At the final stage of creating a Proforma Invoice (PI), you have the option of making payments online by selecting the online methods shown in your portal or selecting ‘Pay Later’.
  • Any Proforma Invoice (PI) is valid only for 14 days from its creation date.
  • If you want to make an online payment for an existing Proforma Invoice (PI), please go to My Proforma Invoices and then select the required online option.
  • If you have done your payments offline, please inform your payments by pressing Inform Payments (Offline).
    Note: It is compulsory to mention the Proforma Invoice Number as the REFERENCE in all offline payment options.
  • After you complete the payments online or inform offline payments, you could check the status of the completed payments and download your Invoice (after approving your payments) at Payment History
