LK Domain Registry is the sole administrator for web addresses that end in “.lk” in Sri Lanka. Since its inception in 1990, LK Domain Registry is facilitating development initiatives of Internet infrastructure services to improve the Internet service sector in the country. The Registry is expanding its services to serve the country better. We are looking for energetic individuals to fulfill the need gap of the organization as given below. An attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, Support, and Coordinate Domain Registration Operations.
  • Collaborate with LK Domain Management, Staff and Stakeholders.
  • Communicate and support clients and customers via phone, chat and emails in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
  • Facilitate & support increasing the number of domain registrations.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or certificate in IT/ICT from a recognized institution or a recognized professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills and ability in supporting/conducting customer service/operational activities.
  • At least one year relevant experience.
COMPETENCIES
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability and willingness to work hard while maintaining standards and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in Sinhala & English. Ability to speak in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, Support, and Coordinate Sales of Value Added Services and Operations.
  • Provide accurate and professional client and customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with LK Domain Management, Staff and Stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
  • Achieving defined monthly targets for new sales and ensuring the retention of renewals.
  • Skilled in team collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or certificate in IT/ICT/IT Systems from a recognized institution or a recognized professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills and ability in supporting/conducting customer service/operational activities.
  • At least two years relevant experience.
  • Possess sound knowledge of web and email service offerings (advantageous).
COMPETENCIES
  • Dedicated to working diligently while consistently maintaining high standards and precision.

As we expand, our e-Learning Division is committed to enhancing ICT knowledge across Sri Lankan communities through job-oriented IT skills development. We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Developer with expertise in motion graphics and a proven record of creating exceptional digital content to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive digital content for ICT training programs and marketing, including videos, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Motion Graphics Expertise: Use motion graphics to enhance the learning experience, bringing concepts to life through dynamic visual storytelling.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to captivate diverse audiences and strengthen the learning journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, e-Learning developers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and program goals.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating the latest tools and techniques to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • User Experience: Design content with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, accessible, and effective for diverse learners.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of digital content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and overall quality.
Requirements & Competencies
  • Demonstrated experience in creating immersive digital content, including motion graphics, ideally in an educational, training or marketing environment.
  • Proficient in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other content creation tools. Experience with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline or Captivate is a plus.
  • Exceptional creative skills with a strong portfolio displaying diverse and innovative digital content projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies, and able to work independently.
