LK Domain Registry is the sole administrator for web addresses that end in “.lk” in Sri Lanka. Since its inception in 1990, LK Domain Registry is facilitating development initiatives of Internet infrastructure services to improve the Internet service sector in the country. The Registry is expanding its services to serve the country better. We are looking for energetic individuals to fulfill the need gap of the organization as given below. An attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, Support, and Coordinate Domain Registration Operations.
  • Collaborate with LK Domain Management, Staff and Stakeholders.
  • Communicate and support clients and customers via phone, chat and emails in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
  • Facilitate & support increasing the number of domain registrations.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or certificate in IT/ICT from a recognized institution or a recognized professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills and ability in supporting/conducting customer service/operational activities.
  • At least one year relevant experience.
COMPETENCIES
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability and willingness to work hard while maintaining standards and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in Sinhala & English. Ability to speak in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, Support, and Coordinate Sales of Value Added Services and Operations.
  • Provide accurate and professional client and customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with LK Domain Management, Staff and Stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
  • Achieving defined monthly targets for new sales and ensuring the retention of renewals.
  • Skilled in team collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or certificate in IT/ICT/IT Systems from a recognized institution or a recognized professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills and ability in supporting/conducting customer service/operational activities.
  • At least two years relevant experience.
  • Possess sound knowledge of web and email service offerings (advantageous).

Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Content Developer – Digital Platforms who can craft compelling content and manage our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and conceptual skills, fluency in English and Sinhala, and a good sense of design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear, creative, and engaging content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Conceptualize content ideas and write across digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) in English and Sinhala.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars based on marketing activities and promotions.
  • Design social media creatives and basic animations using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok) and stay updated with trends and platform updates.
  • Deliver content and campaigns on time, ensuring quality and consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Undergraduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent content writing and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Sinhala; understanding of Tamil is a plus.
  • Experience in campaign handling is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to timely delivery.

  • Support, and coordinate registration operations.
  • Communicate and support resellers and customers by phone, chat and email in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
