Modify your domain information

  • When do you modify your domain?

Any alteration in;

  • Web hosting server details
  • Billing/ technical / admin contact person details
  • contact numbers,
  • postal addresses;

or any other information change relate to the domain registration.

  • How do you modify your domain details?

Option 01 : Modifications using Registration System

If you have already created your account and you have your credentials to log in the New Domain Registration Management System, you can do your modifications of your domain on your own. Follow the below easy steps;

Step 01 : Log on to the Registration System

Step 02 : Click button “My Domain”

Step 03 : Go to Domain List and Select the required domain

Step 04 : Click “Edit” button

Step 05 : Do the required changes and modifications

Step 06 : “Save” and “Submit” changes

Step 07 : Log out from the system.

Option 02 : Manual process

If you don’t have the feasibility to follow the above option 01, our manual process will assist you to get your domain modifications completed.

Step 01: Send an email to hostmaster@domains.lk with the following required details. This mail should be send from either “registrant’ or “admin” contact email address.

  • Correct domain name
  • Your identity (Name)
  • Required modification and details

Step 02: You will get the modification update confirmation details during the next 24 hours but may have delays on Friday evenings /Saturdays or Sundays.
